SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 

As part of our continuous efforts to promote a holistic and balanced lifestyle, DSO staff are encouraged to participate in various annual marathons.

At the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run held on 4 September 2011, DSO fielded a total of 340 runners and emerged as the 1st Runner-up in the Corporate Challenge, clocking a total distance of 3,692km. A team of 15 runners also won the 2nd position in the Local Invited Partners Team Challenge (21km).

A total of 308 runners also took part in the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon held on 4 December 2011. DSO won the 2nd position in the Non-Profit Organisation Distance Challenge, achieving a total distance of 5,208km.
