Our compensation package comprises base pay and performance
bonuses. Your pay progression is strongly influenced

Career Progression
At DSO, we have put in place five career structures
and a dual career ladder. Our dual career ladder provides
career progression for R&D staff in either technical
or managerial roles. If your passion is to specialise
in a technical field, our Technical Career Ladder (TCL)
allows you to focus on developing your technical competencies
to become a technical expert. If you demonstrate potential
in management, you will also have the option to move
to the Management Career Ladder (MCL).
