Compensation Package
Our compensation package comprises base pay and performance bonuses. Your pay progression is strongly influenced by your work performance and your potential to take up higher responsibilities. We ensure that our base pay is competitive. The performance bonus is based on your achievement of annual key objectives, your contribution to your team and DSO’s success.

Career Progression
At DSO, we have put in place five career structures and a dual career ladder. Our dual career ladder provides career progression for R&D staff in either technical or managerial roles. If your passion is to specialise in a technical field, our Technical Career Ladder (TCL) allows you to focus on developing your technical competencies to become a technical expert. If you demonstrate potential in management, you will also have the option to move to the Management Career Ladder (MCL).
