Project Description:
Software defined radios are a useful source of communications device which allows flexibility in reconfigurations of physical layer format and signalling protocols without having to change the hardware. The GNU Radio is a collection of software that provides the foundation for building and deploying software defined radios.

In this project the student will make use of GNU radio signal processing package to define and develop software radios for mobile communications purposes.

Pre-requisite:
Familiarity with programming in C/C++,
Communications Theory and
Signal Processing Theory
