Project Description:
To implement low rate vocoder in software defined radio

The project aims to:
Implement low rate vocoders such as CELP & MELP in TI DSP C5x.

The challenge of the project: to implement and optimize the vocoder algorithms to meet real-time requirement of a DSP.

Pre-requisite:
Interest in algorithm development, C/C++ programming skill
