 As a DSO researcher, Elisa Mo applies her passion for communications and coding theory, to develop algorithms and software applications that ensure secure communications for the Singapore Armed Forces.
To bolster her technical knowledge, Elisa took up the DSO postgraduate scholarship - one of the numerous professional development opportunities available to our staff. She returned from her studies as one of DSO's youngest PhD degree holders.
