The Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum in the modern battlefield is dense, dynamic and complex. The RF-MEMS switch changes the way RF electronics are designed and used.

DSO collaborated with our US partners to demonstrate the technology on RF-MEMS, to develop a locally fabricated version of the RF-MEMS switch. While continuing to exploit the full potential of this technology, we are aiming to integrate RF-MEMS switches with Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) for greater functional capabilities.
