Project Description :
The objective of this project is to study the various approach for modeling of microwave transistor. The scope of the project includes literature survey, understanding of the various techniques for nonlinear modeling, investigate the advantages and disadvantages of various techniques, implementing the algorithm, compare the accuracy of the model with measured data. The URECA project will focus on the IV characteristics of the transistor. The project can be continued at IA and FYP level by extending the scope to investigate on charge model of the transistors. v
