Executive (Learning & Development) (Ref. HRC/1021/02)
Responsibilities:
  • Assess relevant training needs for individual staff and organisation, including assessment methods, measurement systems, e.g. competency framework
  • Design, develop and execute the training programmes, including staff induction and appropriate e-learning strategies
  • Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers
  • Plan, manage and administer training budget
  • Provide training consultancy and guidance to employees on development need
  • Evaluate/ analyse the effectiveness of training programmes
  • Prepare reports to management
  • Manage the Learning Management System
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Development or ACTA certification would be advantageous
  • At least 3 years of HRD or HR related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good planning and organisation skills
